PRICING
They show, or you don't pay.
One approved trade, one way to be billed. Your signed agreement sets the scope, the service area and the rate.
YOUR CLIENT PORTAL
See every booked estimate.
Pay only for the ones that show.
Every visit we book for you lands here: who, the job, when and where. You mark who showed. A no-show is never billed.
Every visit, on your calendar.
Commercial structure
No setup fee, no monthly retainer, and a per-appointment rate that applies only to appointments that show.
The rate for your trade is confirmed in the sales conversation and written into your agreement before anything starts.
The billable event
One shown appointment is the only thing that is ever billable.
Booking a homeowner is not a billable event.
What counts as a shown appointment
An appointment is shown when the estimate happens: your estimator and the homeowner, together, at the property or on the live estimate call.
It has to be for the trade and service area in your agreement.
Each shown appointment is billed once.
What happens on a no-show
Nothing is billed.
If the homeowner does not attend, there is no charge. The cost of that appointment is ours.
If we rebook that homeowner and the new visit happens, it is billed once, like any other show.
Confirmation and review
Your signed agreement sets how each show is confirmed and how a disputed one is reviewed.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a number of appointments, a close rate, a revenue figure, or a return. Nobody honest can. We put homeowners in front of you. Pay per shown appointment. No-shows are not billed.
We are paid for an estimate that happened, not for an estimate that closed.
The close is your craft.
Specific rates, scope and geography are set in your signed agreement. Nothing on this page is a binding quotation.
